  • HavenSmart recommends utilizing 1-2 hours of service time at 5 & 10 months for on-site system checkups to ensure your equipment is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
  • Hours will not rollover. Any unutilized hours will be forfeit if not used within the subscription year.
  • Network Support requires an installed OvrC Pro compatible device. If you do not currently own an OvrC Pro Hub or device with OvrC Pro, one must be purchased to enroll in the Network Support program.
